POLICY OF CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT


General Information
The excursions will only be able happen in the supposition of relying on a sufficient number of participants. At the same time, the number of participants is limited; it will then depend on the date of entry for the inscriptions.
You can make your reservation and contracting through the web site in the corresponding paragraph. During the congress the reservations and contracting of tours will have to be done On-site on the counter of tours that the Technical Secretariat will enable for it.

Form of Payment
The payment for the tours has to be realized at the same time than the reservation, for its total amount, by credit cards or bank transfer indicating name and surnames of the person registered at the congress.
If you realize the payment by the way of bank transfer, it is indispensable to send us a copy of the transfer by fax to be able to confirm the payment. Fax: (+34) 954.22.16.57.
Once we have received the payment, we will send you a confirmation by E-mail.

Policy of Cancellation and Reimbursement
In case of cancellation of the tours for reasons of force majeure and against the will of the Organization, you will be reimbursed at 100 % on the deposited quantities.
The Organization reserves the right to cancel the tour with less than 15 participants; the reimbursement of the total amount will be the same, and promising to look for other alternatives to the participants of the cancelled tour.

Recommendations and Practical Advices

  • Punctuality is requested for the departure of the tours, you must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the hour of exit.
  • Follow the recommendations of the guide all the time.
  • Use comfortable shoes for the tours.
  • Maintain yourself with the group and take care of your properties.
  • Use suitable wardrobe if you visit sacred places.
  • If the temperatures are raised do not forget to drink a lot of water and to protect yourself from the Sun.

During the Congress all the information about schedules and point of meeting for the different Tours of the participants will be detailed. These informations will be available at the Hospitality Desk of the official hotels and in the counter of tours of the Technical Secretariat located in the Centre of Conventions of the Hotel Barceló Renacimiento.
