GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Places offered at hotels are limited. Secretariat will offer other alternatives of similar characteristics, in case of non-availability of reservations in selected hotels.
  • The reservation of accommodation will not be confirmed until no collection to the specified credit card has been made.
  • Any request, implies the acceptance of these conditions.
  • Accommodation reservation is guaranteed only if it is booked from your personal area.

POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIONES

  • Cancellations received before 1 March without penalty.
  • Cancellations received between 1 and 20 March, 1st night of expenses.
  • Cancellations received by March 20, 100% of expenses.

Cancellations must be made always by e-mail addressed to the technical secretariat, which shall verify it by a written confirmation of the cancellation.

If this document where the technical secretariat confirm cancellation does not exist, this will not be effective and costs according to the previously specified cancellation policy will be charged.

Refunds will be made at the end of the Congress, by repayment to the credit card that was debited..

Changes in the reserve

Any changes to the reservation shall be communicated in writing via email to the technical secretariat of the Congress. The changes are not accepted by phone.

Form of payment

The option offered to make the payment of an accommodation reservation is by credit card. In your personal area, you must tell the digits of the credit card, the date of expiry and the name listed on the card. Please ensure that your credit cards are active in order to avoid problems in the process of booking accommodation.
